UltraWall

UltraWall is a Windows wallpaper app built for multi-monitor setups. It takes one image and frames it across the monitors you choose, composing the image to account for mixed display scaling. Attached framing following your Windows monitor layout, and Detached framing gives each display its own crop of the same image. Fill, fit, and 1:1 scaling come with a live readout of the crop value and size, upscaling and padding, so you can check the result before you apply it. It also works on a single display.

There is no UltraWall account, no telemetry and no ads. The app needs the Steam client to be running and works in Steam's offline mode, so the wallpaper workflow runs without an internet connection once installed. It ships with 500 4K curated wallpapers in 16 categories, all CC0 and public domain with credits, and you can add your own folders of JPG, PNG, and BMP images. The current build (1.3.1) supports static images only, but I have plans to add support for more display types, files types, and live wallpapers.
