What is Tubo?
Tubo is a streaming interface designed with the objective of replicating the NewPipe user experience on web platforms. Its primary focus is to offer a streamlined and uncomplicated user interface for media consumption from preferred streaming platforms. At present, Tubo extends support to the same range of services as NewPipe, such as YouTube, SoundCloud, Bandcamp, among others.
The feature set of Tubo includes a diverse range of functionalities. It offers an ad-free environment, ensuring uninterrupted media viewing or listening. The background player feature allows users to listen to audio while performing other tasks. Tubo also includes a playback queue for managing the order of media play. It supports playlist creation and management, as well as subscriptions to channels or artists. A feed feature is available for real-time updates and content discovery. Additionally, Tubo provides theme options including System, Light, and Dark modes for customizable user interface aesthetics.
