TrimCSS removes unused CSS from a whole website, not just one page. Enter your web address and it reads your sitemap and menu links, checks each page against every rule in your stylesheets, and gives you back a smaller file containing only the CSS your site really uses.

Enter your website address and TrimCSS scans the pages from your sitemap and menu, with options to minify, remove unused @keyframes and @font-face, and keep classes you list.

What is TrimCSS?

TrimCSS removes unused CSS from a whole website, not just one page. Enter your web address and it reads your sitemap and menu links, checks each page against every rule in your stylesheets, and gives you back a smaller file containing only the CSS your site really uses.

It is careful about what it keeps. Hover, focus and other state rules stay, and so do classes named in your site’s JavaScript and anything you add to the safelist (wildcards such as swiper-* work). Unused @keyframes and @font-face rules can be dropped, and the result can be minified. A Paste CSS mode checks a single stylesheet against your own HTML.

Who it is for: web designers, developers and site owners who see “Reduce unused CSS” in Google PageSpeed Insights and want a lighter, faster stylesheet.

Scans of up to 5 pages are free, with no account. For bigger sites, a one-off Site pass covers one website for 30 days (up to 200 pages a scan), or a Monthly plan covers any websites (up to 500 pages a scan).
