Trecore

Trecore is shop management software built for small woodworking shops: cabinet makers, furniture makers and joinery workshops. It runs entirely in the browser, so there is nothing to install, and it works on any computer in the office or the workshop.

Everything in Trecore hangs off the project. You build an itemised quote from materials, labour and margin, and when the customer accepts, you convert it to a live project in one click. The customer, workflow and cutting plans come across without re-typing.

Reusable workflow templates turn your production steps (mill, cut, sand, assemble, finish, QA) into a checklist your team works through. The cutting plan optimizer takes sheet size, kerf and a part list and produces a multi-sheet layout with rotation and grain direction, a visual preview and an efficiency figure, attached to the project.

Log material consumption and hours as the job runs. Material inventory has low-stock alerts, and the machine park keeps service history. When the job is done, invoice straight from the quote (PDF with your logo, bank details and VAT breakdown, full or partial billing) and compare quoted against actual cost to see the real profit.

A simple customer CRM, team roles, file attachments, comments and a full activity log are included. Trecore is an invoice generator, not accounting software.
