Train Together is a VR fitness app built around a life-sized, fully customizable AI personal trainer. Users can customize the trainer’s appearance, personality, and coaching style, talk to it, and receive interactive responses during training.
The app combines beat-matched full-body workouts across cardio, strength, boxing, mobility, recovery, posture, and mental focus. It includes more than 100 workouts and original music tracks, personalized AI-generated sessions based on goals, preferences, and injuries, Mixed Reality support, and themed monthly content packs.
Train Together is available on Meta Quest and is developed by independent Dutch studio VerseUs Games.
