What is Trace Health?

Trace Health is a symptom and chronic-condition tracker built around one-tap logging. Pick your conditions (34 available, including migraine, Long COVID, ME/CFS, POTS, IBS, endometriosis and ADHD) and the right symptoms and daily factors appear on your dashboard.

Log from the app, Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, a Live Activity, or the Apple Watch app and its complications. Every log is timestamped, so the history shows when each episode started, changed and ended.

Track daily habits (food, sleep, stress, exercise, medications) alongside your symptoms to see what makes them better or worse, follow each symptom over weeks and months with charts and heatmaps, and generate a PDF report for appointments or export everything as CSV. Symptoms and activities can be saved to Apple Health.

There is no account: health data stays on the iPhone, with optional backup to your private iCloud. Available in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese and Romanian.
