What is TourOps?

TourOps Global is a white-label WordPress tour booking and operations plugin for tour operators, DMCs, guides, boat charters, attractions, and experience businesses that want to own their booking engine instead of renting another monthly SaaS platform.

It is designed as a WordPress-based alternative to Rezgo, FareHarbor, Peek Pro, Checkfront, Xola, Bokun, TrekkSoft, Regiondo, BookingKit, and similar tour/activity booking platforms. TourOps gives operators more control over tour pages, customer data, payments, vouchers, staff workflow, and the full reservation experience.

Built for real tour businesses, it supports walking tours, food tours, sightseeing tours, private experiences, boat charters, sunset cruises, snorkeling trips, water activities, attractions, museums, transportation/tour hybrids, and agencies building branded booking systems for clients.

Core features include GetYourGuide-inspired single-agency tour cards and detail pages, galleries, highlights, itineraries, map stops, includes/excludes, meeting points, cancellation policies, recurring schedules, blackout dates, capacity controls, AJAX search, filters, and booking submission.

The customer booking flow includes adult/child counts, pickup options, discounts, deposits, taxes, service fees, balance due, emergency contact, participant information, waiver acceptance, and form completion. Customers receive branded vouchers with QR verification, calendar files, trip details, and a print-ready layout. A customer portal lets guests look up bookings by reference and email.

For staff and operators, TourOps Global includes bookings, customers, reports, CSV exports, calendar view, daily manifest, activity log, POS for walk-up/phone/hotel desk/concierge bookings, dispatch board, guide/provider assignments, vehicle/boat/resource assignments, notes, manifest export, sales desk/source tracking, and staff roles.

Payments run through WooCommerce using any enabled gateway. Configure full payment, fixed deposits, percentage deposits, request-only mode, discounts, taxes, fees, and payment status tracking.

TourOps Global is sold as a one-time license for the purchased version. A valid domain-bound license key is required for production use, activation, support eligibility, and commercial update access. Future feature releases, custom modules, imports, setup work, and extended support are quoted separately unless included in the selected package.

License options include Single Operator, Tour Launch Bundle, Tour Pro Launch, and Agency / Multi-Operator. Packages range from core plugin access for one domain to setup, branding, staff walkthrough, WooCommerce review, and multi-domain agency use.

Requires WordPress, WooCommerce recommended for paid booking flows, HTTPS recommended, a valid license key, and a shortcode-friendly WordPress theme.
