What is Titan Icon?

"Titan Icon is a freestanding executable file created by Codewalker which allows players of City of Heroes to access the character creation module of City of Heroes and to be able to enter and view the maps of City of Heroes."

Important: "All that Icon will ever be is a costume creator, map loader, animation player, and NPC spawner toy. There will never be combat, there will never be bases, nor will there ever be powers, mobs, chat, or events. Those actions require having a working server to send and receive commands to and from your PC."

Note the mac version has issues on 64-bit only systems (Catalina or higher).
