32-bit or 64-bit downloads available from Softpedia - TimeComX using the "Free Download" btn in top menu-bar. Not the [timecomx-basic-132-x86.exe] link (in left features-list) which only delivers the x86 version.

I used to use shutdown timer but the features locked out on the free version made it much less useful, this program gives you access to things like being able to shutdown based on network usage.
