very smooth, easy to operate, responsive and fast loading pages. clearly laid out, easy to read and follow instructions and know what I should be doing to get set up. Their pricing is also good - 1gb free (1 day retention) and 1gb 30 day retention for only $5 or so dollars a month, better than loggly etc which jump up to like 60 or 120$ a month
