Tidemark information
What is Tidemark?
Tidemark is an offline save-for-later and read-later app for Android, built for people who keep 200 browser tabs open as a memory crutch.
Share any link, image, PDF or note into Tidemark from any app, mark it with an intent — Buy, Decide, Read or Do — set an optional reminder, and clear it later in seconds. The intent tag is the point: most read-later apps give you one undifferentiated inbox, so a receipt you need to file looks identical to a film someone recommended. Tagging by intent at capture time means triage takes seconds instead of an evening.
Everything runs on the device. There is no account, no cloud sync, no analytics and no ads. The stash lives in a local database, and nothing is uploaded — including OCR text, voice transcriptions, screenshots and the JSON backup. Network access goes only to Google Play, to verify the one-time Pro purchase.
Free features include share-sheet capture from any app, the four intent tags, unlimited one-time reminders, swipe to complete or archive, title search, three home-screen widgets (Quick-Add, Active Count, Add from Clipboard), and JSON backup and restore. The free tier holds up to 30 cards.
Tidemark Pro is a single one-time unlock, not a subscription. It adds unlimited cards, full-text search across content and notes, on-device OCR that makes screenshot text searchable, recurring reminders, notification snooze, voice capture, card pinning, Markdown notes, share-as-image, usage insights, per-intent auto-archive, a Quick Settings tile, biometric app lock, custom intent tags, extra themes and three additional widgets.
Tidemark requires Android 8.0 or later.
