What is ThreadMine?

ThreadMine is a Java thread dump analyzer with AI — detects deadlocks, CPU spikes, pool exhaustion and virtual thread pinning. Free online, no signup.

ThreadMine is a web-based Java/JVM thread dump analyzer. Paste or upload a thread dump (up to 10 MB, no signup) and it automatically detects deadlocks, thread leaks, thread-pool exhaustion, CPU hotspots and — uniquely — virtual thread pinning (Project Loom), then gives you a health score and a shareable report.

It parses HotSpot, OpenJ9, Azul Zing and GraalVM dumps. On paid plans, an AI assistant ("Vein") explains what's wrong in plain language and suggests a fix, and you get history, multi-dump comparison/timeline, integrations and an API.

Positioned as a modern alternative to fastThread.io and jstack.review: same "paste a dump, get an answer" flow, but with automatic problem detection, AI explanations, and virtual-thread pinning detection that the others don't do.

Privacy: no account required, TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, dumps are temporary, zero data retention on the AI, deletion on demand.
