I recently had an experience with Teamleader that was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite having a clear understanding with the company about invoicing on a quarterly basis, I was shocked to find that they immediately charged for a full year's worth of service. When I brought this up with their consultant, I was told that it was all due to a miscommunication on their part.
To make matters worse, I was then hit with a fee for over 200 euros because I failed to cancel my service with them two weeks in advance, as stated in their outdated and confusing terms and conditions.
I would like to advise anyone considering using Teamleader to be very careful. Not only do they have questionable billing practices, but they also have a tendency to spread lies and defamations online. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable and trustworthy provider.
