Provides much-needed scripting abilities to Windows. It gives PowerShell and Bash type abilities, but unlike them, is backwards compatible with existing batch files.

Superior in pretty much every way to the default Windows command processor.

TCC/LE is one of the first applications that I install on any Windoze machine I have misfortune of administering.

Really appreciate the little things like being to use CTRL-V to paste text into the terminal from the clipboard

This software and it's predecessors are not free at all and have never been free in the last 20 years.
