Provides much-needed scripting abilities to Windows. It gives PowerShell and Bash type abilities, but unlike them, is backwards compatible with existing batch files.
Superior in pretty much every way to the default Windows command processor.

This software and it's predecessors are not free at all and have never been free in the last 20 years.
Now I set this app as commercial, who added the app marked it as free.
