The app worked perfectly to me when I traveled in Berlin. The feature to book in advance is great!
I have used taxi.eu in Prague 3 days ago. I have read before that from the airport to central Prague the usual charge for taxi is around 20-25 euro. However the taxi.eu charged me nearly 60 euro. I will never use this company ever again. The bus cost 24czk and to use the metro also around 25-30czk , compare to 1263czk from Airport to Don Giovanni Hotel. Don't use public transport you will be late only 10-15 min. Also the public transport in Prague and the whole country is very reliable.
