What is Taskbar for macOS?
Taskbar for macOS is a macOS Dock replacement which show individual items for every application's window, similar to Microsoft Windows's taskbar. Taskbar makes multi-tasking much easier as it's possible to switch between windows with a single mouse click on window items that are all always visible, as opposed to the built-in Dock's requirement to right click and select the desired window from an unintuitive text menu that contains the list of the application's windows. Other Taskbar features includes window thumbnails, application launching using pins, workspace support, window and app controls using the context menu. Planned features include, among other, multi-monitor support and grouping windows by application.

Great app, very good for someone coming from windows :)
Works very well, performance and responsiveness is akin to windows (maybe even better). If app grouping and fixed location for apps is included, it will make the app a must-have for me
I love this app, it brings one of the most missing feature in MacOS - the windows-like taskbar.
