Tapko

Tapko is the simplest visual bug reporting tool built for web agencies. It strips away everything that makes other tools bloated or slow to adopt — keeping the core workflow fast, clean, and easy enough that clients actually use it.

What is Tapko?

Tapko is the simplest visual bug reporting tool built for web agencies. It strips away everything that makes other tools bloated or slow to adopt — keeping the core workflow fast, clean, and easy enough that clients actually use it.

When a client spots an issue on a live or staging site, they click the Tapko widget, describe the problem, and submit. Tapko automatically captures a screenshot along with browser metadata — device, OS, viewport, browser version — and syncs the report directly to the agency's project management tool. Developers get everything they need to reproduce and fix the issue without any back-and-forth.

Where competing tools add layers of configuration, onboarding, and per-seat complexity, Tapko stays deliberately lightweight. Agencies pay roughly half what they'd spend on comparable tools, and setup takes minutes, not days. It's built for the 10–50 person agency that wants a bug reporting tool that works — not one that needs its own learning curve.
