Another great program made from Electron garbage. This, too, has no performance advantage with TagSpace made of Electron.

I have only added 1500 photo files to this, but frankly the indexing speed is unbearable. Other functions cannot be used during indexing. It takes less than 10 seconds in XnView and FastStone.

I have 40,000 photo files left...

Got may rooms for improvement. UI - Can be enhanced with themes or customizations Function Pros:

  • Easy searching with tags (the main feature)
  • Has a Mac version Cons:
  • Adding files is not intuitive (or maybe there's a learning curve)
  • Cannot search on file descriptions / notes
  • Lacks many other useful features
  • Has no portable edition (I just think that would be great)
  • Great Downside: Copies the entire files you tag into the device main temp folder! (Because of the last reason, I've deleted the App after minutes of installing it.)
