TableLink covers reservations, waitlist and floor plan for independent restaurants and small groups, in one flat monthly subscription instead of per-cover fees or booking commissions.

It includes a real time floor plan with table joins and saved layouts, a branded online booking page, an iPad kiosk for waitlist and check in, and a guest CRM with visit history and reliability scores. SMS and email confirmations and reminders go out automatically, with SMS covering the US and Canada. Restaurant groups get a multi location dashboard, and staff sign in with their own PIN by role.

New: guest deposits and card on file holds on Pro plans and above, with rules by party size, day, holiday and date range, and a host can waive one and note why. Local Team Sync keeps a restaurant's iPads and phones synced with each other, so the floor plan keeps working if the internet drops.
