What is SureVett?

SureVett is a free Chrome extension that analyzes Amazon reviews using AI and assigns a clear A–F trust grade directly on the product page. No signup, no copy-paste, no friction. Install it and the grade appears automatically when you shop.

Built specifically as a Fakespot replacement after Mozilla shut Fakespot down in July 2025, leaving 10 million users without protection. SureVett is designed to be the trustworthy successor that orphaned Fakespot users have been searching for.

What makes SureVett different:

  • Transparent reasoning, not just a grade. SureVett shows you why a product scored the way it did: review velocity, rating distribution patterns, verified purchase ratio, language analysis. You see the logic, not just a verdict. Transparent monetization. No hidden affiliate links, no undisclosed "Buy Now" redirects, no fake Reddit self-promotion. If SureVett ever introduces monetization, it will be clearly disclosed.
  • Privacy-first. Minimal browser permissions (only Amazon domains), no personal data collection, no browsing tracking, no data sold to third parties. Uses Plausible Analytics on the website (no cookies, no fingerprinting).
  • Built by someone who's seen fraud up close. Founder Nathan Hart built one of the first Bitcoin browser extension wallets in 2012, testified before the Department of Justice as a witness in a federal fraud case, and spent 10 years at AWS building infrastructure for companies training frontier AI models. Trust verification is personal.

How it works:

  1. Install the extension (2 clicks)
  2. Shop on Amazon normally
  3. See the A–F trust grade appear on every product page
