What is Superbird?
Superbird is a browser with special emphasis placed on speed, stability and data security. Compared to other browsers, Superbird surprises with extremely fast site rendering. The browser is based on the open-source Chromium technology platform and does not send data about user behavior (e.g. visited sites) to Google. There's a variety of extensions for Superbird, like ad-blocker, themes, plugins etc.
Last version is from 2019.
Comments and Reviews
So far it's living up to its promise. It's really fast and the no tracking is a nice touch too. Also works with all Chrome Add-ons.
This program crashes on launch every time immediately on Mountain Lion.
