What is suckless-cut?

ffmpeg wrapper for video cutting like LosslessCut does, but in mpv

Features:

  • Supports multiple segments (named indexes)
  • A few hundred lines of lua code (get ffmpeg, drop slc in /scripts/, learn hotkeys and you're off)
  • Support splitting each cut or merging (split & trim export modes)

Benefits inherited from mpv:

  • Can be entirely keyboard-driven
  • Fast (i mean snap of a finger fast)
  • Direct status info with mpv's osc
