What is Submitto?

Submitto is a web app for collecting files from a known list of people before an event. The organizer shares one link per form. Speakers, exhibitors and sponsors pick their name or company, type their email and upload slides, headshots, logos or certificates without creating an account. Files are renamed to the organizer's naming pattern and grouped by day and session or by company, and earlier versions are kept. The organizer sees who is still missing each item, sends or schedules reminder emails, and shares a no-login viewer link so the AV team can preview, download a ZIP and flag problem files. There is no subscription: each event is paid for once, priced by the number of people on the list.
