Finding items is quick and easy with the search capability. Photos, descriptions and other information can be incorporated with the item entry. The ability to represent the real world relationships between items and the containers that hold them such as a light bulb in a box on a shelf in the garage. Digitized system with easy access from the web with phone or PC browsers. Easy access to where all of the items are stored for all of the users of the inventory account. Information is stored in a secure commercial grade database service. The mental capacity it takes to remember where items are is now free to be used for more productive things like the project at hand.
