What is Starfish Reviews?
Starfish Reviews is a WordPress plugin that makes reputation management and review marketing easy! Just install and configure a "funnel." Then send the link to that funnel out to your clients, customers, members, or followers asking for feedback. The funnel asks them how they feel about you product, service, business, or brand. If they're excited, they'll be taken to leave a review on Google, Facebook, Yelp, Amazon, or wherever you'd like to collect reviews, to leave a public 5-star review. If they're not so high on what you have to offer, the funnel will capture their feedback so you can review it internally and work to improve. Starfish Reviews empowers you to accumulate lots of great 4 and 5 star reviews, and also counterbalances people's tendency to only leave a review when they're upset.
Starfish Reviews is also available in a webmaster license for webmasters, developers, and online marketers to resell to their clients. You can install the plugin on your client's sites and help them use it to conduct a review marketing campaign.
