Stanzetta

Stanzetta is a powerful reader of books in the epub format for smartphones running the 7.5 version of the Windows Phone OS . Stanzetta can download content from a number of different sources: • books from a number of free public domain sources that provide an OPDS feed (for example feedbooks.org or lucidor.org for the Gutenberg project ) • any Calibre library to which you have access, either on your computer or on a friend’s. • if you keep your Calibre library on your DropBox, you will be able to access it remotely and download books as if it were on your computer • books stored in a folder in your DropBox • books stored in a folder on your SkyDrive • books stored in any website directory to which you may have access. Key features include: • multilingual application (English, French, Italian) • read any unprotected EPUB book (including books that contain images) • the navigation through the book is page-based, for a natural book-like experience • opening a book will always return you to the page you were last reading • direct access to chapters or sections of a book • the fonts, text sizes and page/text colors are fully customizable (including a night/day mode) • size of the library on the phone limited only by the available memory capacity • filtering and ordering of books in the phone (by title, author, subject) • html help provided in the app for each screen.
