What is Stagediver?

StageDiver is a web-based planner for sound engineers, production managers and musicians who need to show a venue exactly how a stage should be set up.

Drag instruments, amps, monitors, microphones and other gear onto a stage plot, position everyone where they will actually stand, and label each item. Then export the whole plan as a PDF you can attach to an email, share with the venue, or hand to the house engineer before load-in.

It replaces the usual mix of hand-drawn sketches, PowerPoint slides and half-finished spreadsheets. Everything lives in one plan, so the stage layout and the technical details stay in sync and you can reuse them from gig to gig.

What you can do with it

  • Build a stage plot in 3D/2D from a catalogue of common stage items
  • Place instruments, monitors and microphones and label each one
  • Add the technical details a sound engineer needs, such as inputs and output lists and gear notes
  • Export a clean, shareable and printable PDF of the plot and rider
  • Share the plan with venues, promoters and crew
  • Keep and reuse plans for different lineups and shows
  • Work from the browser, with nothing to install

Who it is for

  • Sound engineers and production managers preparing or reading a plot
  • Bands and solo artists sending a technical rider to venues
  • Venues and promoters who want incoming riders to arrive in a consistent format

StageDiver keeps the focus on getting the stage right before you arrive, so soundcheck starts with fewer questions and less guesswork.
