Parsec is a Remote-Desktop software that is also able to stream games. They are NOT offering cloud-gaming servers like GeForce NOW or Xbox Cloud Gaming.

My favorite cloud based solution, but the catch is that you need to have the games purchased already. I suppose this is no different to Stadia. It is more a PC gamer's solution and does not have a subscription plan that provides games that aren't beyond the price of free. However, if you team it up with EpicGames' freebies, you'll often run into extra games. So, own the games, have free games in your library, and play. Free, Premium, and 3080 tiers.

I like this as an alternative because it's got a great selection of games playable on the cloud, both 1st and 3rd party, accessible on just about as many devices as Stadia. The only catch is that it's all controller for the moment, as the news is that they are working on mouse and keyboard support.

This is an alternative, but not a good one. You can't leave your computer or console and the games, while in the 800s or so, do not do the price justice. Use at your wallets peril.
