I've been using Spyware Doctor's free version that (used to be) offered in Google's free updater package for years now. Frankly, even their trial version is better than anything else I've ever used, and I've never felt the need to upgrade it. The interface is super easy to figure out, and the scheduled sweeps are extremely efficient.
