I haven't used Pinterest [although I got an invite], but I think Springpad can replace it. Springpad let's you do so much more. You can even replace Evernote if you take small notes. You can replace svpply, Remember the milk, and a lot more apps. My favorite web/anroid/iOS app.
Springpad is closed, but to publish source code they won't be. They won't do more, and they won't allow to do this to someone else…

We're sorry to see Springpad go. Helping folks get organized is a noble cause!
The team at

But same only for Apple!

Springpad has provided its users with a few ways of exporting their data "including a full Evernote migration, a viewable HTML data backup, and an importable JSON file for other services to use".
Sad to see them go.
Very-very sad… I don't know than to replace it.

Springpad is easy to use and does not put a limit on your posts like evernote does
I found Evernote annoying and the limitations placed on free accounts were especially frustrating, Springpad is the best free alternative I have found!
I Agree.
I used Evernote for 8 months and found it frustrating to use especiall with the mobile apps. Since is started using Spring pad i have drpped Evernote. However once they implement an offline windows app or a backup/download option it'll be 5/5 for me.
