Using it in my android devices to control my laptop and desktop. Very simple to use without going through much hassle to implement it.
Splashtop does a fine job over a LAN of providing fast and comfortable remote screen access, with two big flaws.
(1) Although its frame rate is suitable for games its input is not as you cannot hold a key down. It comes out as a key repeat on the the controlled computer.
(2) There is no built in way to transfer files. (This is less an issue on a homogenous network as both PCs and Macs support some form of "drop box".)
File Transfer has been added to Splashtop Business. There has been many improvement made to the product. Free trial available and welcome further feedback. Thanks.
IMHO, this app has the most bang for the buck in remote desktop apps for Android devices. A real bonus is that it also runs on my Nook Tablet without taking measures like rooting the device.
