What is SplashPilot Pro?
SplashPilot Pro is a comprehensive software solution for managing a pool service company. It allows for the management of clients, pools, and properties, along with scheduling both recurring and one-off visits. The software also includes route optimization, ordering the day's stops from nearest to furthest from your shop.
The tech app component allows crews to see their daily tasks, check in and out, and upload before/after photos. It also enables logging of water chemistry per visit and tracking of seasonal trends.
The software also allows for measuring a pool from aerial imagery, which can be used to provide quotes without a site visit. Once a quote is approved, the job can be scheduled directly in the system. Invoicing and payment tracking are also included.
Additional features include equipment tracking, task management, expense categorization (chemicals, fuel, payroll, repairs), email campaigns, client portals, and various reports (profit and loss, revenue by service, quote win rate and top clients). The software is available for a flat rate with no per-user pricing, and includes a free trial.
