    While I've been in therapy, my therapist advised me to track and journal my emotions. I've been looking for an app for this, but couldn't find any with actual emotions tracking, not just moods. When I finally found Sphera I was delighted, cuz it has everything I need: emotion check-ins with triggers, mood trackers, breathing exercises and the most fantastic is guided reflection! Now, when I'm out of therapy, I still use it as a support tool for my mental health. So I highly recommend it!
