sona’s restorative music is made by grammy-winning producers and is backed by leading neuroscientists at UC Berkeley. the music is designed using a composition process that’s scientifically shown to increase alpha & theta brain waves and reduce stress hormones in minutes.

sona curates music for you based on your symptoms, time of day and listening habits. just complete the two-question mental health survey when you sign up.

••• how to use sona:

use sona before sleep or during the day in a quiet environment. listen for at least 10 minutes, or as long as you need.

press the ‘play music’ button and let sona do the rest. listen from your mobile phone, headphones or bluetooth speaker. for small children, use a bluetooth speaker or mobile phone placed at a distance to protect the child’s hearing.

listening for long periods of time may make you feel drowsy. please do not drive while listening until you understand how the music affects you.

sona starts with a 14-day subscription-free trial of sona premium upon registration. once the free trial period ends, sona offers an option to continue on the free version, or to purchase an auto-renewing monthly subscription (options: monthly at $4.99/month or annual at $29.99/year) for access to premium features and sona's full catalog of restorative music.

payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your itunes account at confirmation of purchase. the subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be provided. you may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your account settings after purchase. any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
