soberr

soberr is a private iPhone sobriety tracker for adults quitting or cutting back on alcohol, cannabis, nicotine, and other habits (including adult content). soberr tracks progress as a trend score: log a slip and the score dents, but your history, best streak, and milestones are never erased. Each category gets its own Quit or Cutback goal, daily check-ins (mood + reflections), the score with a simple view of five wellness areas (Mind, Body, Spirit, Community, Resilience), an urge button and urge log with a guided moment, a streak calendar where a week counts if you had at least one good day, and shareable badges. Your progress stays on your phone behind a PIN. No sign-up or password. Adding a sponsor is optional; if one accepts, they see your name and sober-day count. No ads, nothing sold. Free includes data export/backup, 30 days of trend, and Cutback on one category. Optional Pro adds a full year of trend, Cutback on every category, and the full five-area breakdown. Not a medical treatment.
