With a lovely interface that's easy to master and offers a ton of flexibility, SmarterQueue takes the heavy-lifting out of sharing social-media content and saves me a ton of time. I've had both Hootsuite and Buffer accounts in the past. Hootsuite for from 2010 to around 2019. I started using SmarterQueue in 2020 and I am beyond impressed with this tool.
One of the things I hated most was having to reschedule the same posts I wanted to go out every week at the same time. With SmarterQueue, all I have to do is hit the recurring button, choose the first post date then decide how often I want it to recur on a weekly, 2 weekly, etc basis, then choose an end date or number of posts. It is such a massive time saver and because I have my own business, time is precious.
I've never experienced the excellent customer service others have pointed out, because in the several months I've been using this service, I've never once had to ask for help. It runs so smoothly for me. This service takes up the least brain power when it comes to actually posting. Figuring out posts, making images, writing copy and figuring out posting schedules all take much, much longer than actually coming in and posting.
If you use any other service, throw it away. Honestly, this has everything you need and bells and whistles you didn't know you needed or felt the lack of elsewhere and all for a much better price point than other services.
I can't rate it highly enough.
