Lightning Browser.
Smart Cookie Secure Web Browser is a free, private and open source web browser for Android that blocks ads and trackers to keep your data safe and speed up your browsing. All the source code for Smart Cookie is available online and contributions are welcome!

Comments and Reviews
I've been using it for some months, I think it has a nice UI, as well as a good amount of features. I occasionally run into some crash screens (mostly the website's fault), but other than that it's pretty stable. A pretty good open source app.
I had been waiting a good experience, but it is very bad. The app close a lot of times, is very slow, and sometimes the websites loads bad. I really hope that this app worked in the future.
