Built with round up rules, automatic break calculator, and cost code carryover rules, to provide a seamless and user-friendly solution to all employees. SmartBarrel uses Machine Learning to confirm identities, so no need to upload employee pictures.
Site Safety Orientation: Upon clocking in, each employee will get an SMS to their phone to ask if they completed the site safety orientation.
Safety Incident Reporting: Upon check out, each employee will get an SMS to their phone asking if there were any incidents to report. Any incidents will automatically be stored in the daily summary report.
PPE Tracking: Track whether the employee is wearing their PPE Equipment including a hard hat, safety glasses, vest, and mask.
Daily logs: All information collected from the field is automatically synced into the daily report, including the weather and project information. Any employee can send an SMS to the phone number associated with the project to populate the work performed.
Broadcast messaging: Easily send a message to all employees/workers on the job to notify of any safety issues, weather warnings, alerts, egress, and job site updates.
