SkillResy

SkillResy is an AI-powered career platform serving job seekers, students, and recruiters across iOS, Android, and web. Its AI assistant, Scout, supports users through studying, resume building, interview preparation, and hiring.

Job seekers build ATS-friendly resumes tailored to specific companies, practice mock interviews with feedback, and get live, real-time coaching during actual interviews, followed by a performance debrief.

Students upload course materials and receive adaptive practice quizzes. Recruiters and staffing agencies generate structured interview questions, analyze candidates after interviews, create branded resumes for client outreach, and access a proprietary candidate pool.

SkillResy also includes a Meeting Assistant for client calls and workplace conversations, and a job board that links users directly to each company's original posting. The platform was built by a recruiter with over 15 years in talent acquisition.
