As a DBA for almost 2 decades, I have been desperately searching for a good repository of learning materials for expanding my skills into development across multiple technologies and languages. The search has been long and frustrating - that is, until I found SitePoint! SitePoint has a tremendous list of well written courses, books and videos from which to learn regardless of your current experience level. You can choose a "path" to focus your studying on a particular set of languages/technologies and once completed, you can move on to the next path. OR, you can just start grabbing books, videos, etc. that are relevant to a particular subject you wish to study. As if this wasn't good enough, SitePoint is CONSTANTLY offering deals with their partners wherein you sign up for a partner's services and get a year free of SitePoint premium! I, for instance, signed up for MongoDB for a year for free and received a year's worth of SitePoint premium for free! This is a wonderful resource that I recommend to anyone wanting to expand their skillset regardless of whether they are beginners or experts.
