What is SimplySportsWare?
SimplySportsWare is a web-based sports pool hosting service that has been running office pools since 2005. Commissioners create a pool, invite members by email or text link, and the platform handles the rest: automatic scoring for NFL, college football, basketball, and hockey games, real-time standings, and member management.
Supported formats include NFL pick'em, survivor, confidence, and custom margin pools, Super Bowl and football squares, March Madness brackets, Sweet 16 and Pick 8 pools, NFL playoff brackets, and NHL playoff confidence pools. Pool rules and scoring are customizable by the commissioner.
Football squares pools are completely free. Paid formats are priced per pool per season, from $6.95 to $19.95 depending on type, with the first 10 members included. Each pool type offers a free trial (three weeks of the season for NFL pools; length varies by type), after which payment is required to continue.
