Sigil gives every mailbox in your Microsoft 365 organisation a consistent, on-brand email signature. It builds each one from your directory data and applies it in Outlook as soon as someone starts a new email, so people see exactly what recipients will get.

Some signature tools route your mail through their servers to add signatures on the way out. Sigil doesn't. It runs as an Outlook add-in, so your mail goes out the normal way. Sigil never reads or stores your email content, and nothing gets redirected or intercepted along the way. It works in Outlook on the web, new and classic Outlook for Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android.
