What is Shortlist360?

Shortlist360 is the first software application that helps small business employers, hiring managers or recruiters posting jobs at craigslist to score and rank incoming candidates. The application automatically surfaces the most qualified candidates as they apply. It uses semantic matching and predictive analysis algorithms that compare employers job postings with candidate resumes. Shortlist360 also processes and scores candidates from email attachments received from craigslist job posts using a custom generated reply email.
