This page is designed to help you find out whether ShopOffen is good and if it is the right choice for you.
ShopOffen checks an online shop against the European Accessibility Act for free. Enter the shop's address and within a few minutes you get a report on its home, category, product and cart pages.
What it checks - WCAG 2.1 AA / EN 301 549 with axe-core - Reflow at 320 px — does the shop work on a narrow screen without sideways scrolling? - Keyboard — a Tab walk through the page: is focus visible, are there traps? - Screen reader — does the product page expose a heading, a price and a named buy button? - Accessibility information — is it linked from the home page, with a way to report barriers?
Written for shop owners The report starts with what already works, then lists what to fix, most important first — each finding with the page, the element and how to fix it. It comes in the shop's own EU language and names the country's own law, authority and penalties. A template for the accessibility information the law asks for is included.
Free, no sign-up No account, no email. Reports are deleted after 30 days. The scanner and a dataset of national EAA laws are open source.
An automated first pass: not a certificate and not legal advice. We don't recommend accessibility overlays.
