ShipNote information
What is ShipNote?
ShipNote turns a gift registry's thank-you list into real postcards in the mail. Paste the recipient list from Amazon, Target, Zola, Babylist, The Knot, Walmart, Crate & Barrel, Joy, MyRegistry, or Honeyfund and ShipNote pulls out the names, gifts, and addresses, verifies each address, and lets you write one template message with [name] and [gift] placeholders that gets personalized on every card.
Pick a postcard design for the occasion — wedding, baby shower, birthday, graduation, holiday, save-the-date, congratulations, sympathy, or a plain thank-you — add your own photo if you want one, and preview the front and back of every card before paying. ShipNote then prints, addresses, stamps, and mails each postcard via USPS the next business day. Nothing to sign, stuff, or carry to the post office.
It is built for the batch a registry actually produces: 20 to 100 cards in one sitting. Postcards are $2.49 each, or $1.99 each on orders of 10 or more, with printing, addressing, postage, and mailing all included in that price. There is no account and no subscription — you check out as a guest and get a private link to track the order.
