What is Setliner?

Setliner keeps every song you play in one place and helps you get through the gig. Bring in your charts as ChordPro, plain text or PDF, or just paste them in. Change the key or add a capo and every chord follows. Tap any chord to see how to play it and hear how it sounds. Chord Builder names any shape you find and shows you other ways to play it, on piano or any stringed instrument with 4 to 7 strings in any tuning. You can also draw or write notes on a chart, just as you would on paper.

When it is time to play, build a set for the night and give each song its own key and sequence. The chart can scroll by itself, or a foot pedal can turn the page and move you through the set, so your hands stay on your instrument. On a computer, Setliner can send the lyrics to extra screens for the singers or the room, and show each song's copyright notice when it starts. Another screen can show the band the chords, with or without a capo. One device can lead the band: turn the page and every other device turns with it, and band members who don't have the song see your notes and markings too. Between gigs, a chord quiz, ear training and a metronome keep you sharp.

Your songs are files in a folder you choose and work offline. Put that folder in a cloud service such as Google Drive or OneDrive and your phone, tablet, and computer share one cross-platform library with no account needed. Bands and teams can create a Team to plan events, hand out roles, and track who has said yes to the event. Most of Setliner is free, and the extras are inexpensive and come with a free trial.
