It has everything that needed to me, including some special gadgets to integrate with other systems. i.e. I use it for triggered emails all the time, and what best - I can see reports of it in real-time. As well as, send follow-up emails, abandonment cart emails, and email according user real time behaviour. And it costs at least 5 times less than Sendpulse or any other similar system.
The UI is nice but it is a trick to hide a very bad functionality. First of all, the site is very laggy. I couldn't preview the email. I clicked on some buttons and they didn't work. The feedback screen was loading forever and i couldn't even close it. The preview of user's inbox didn't update every time - i changed something and didn't know if it was saved. Secondly, there is no possibility to import subscribers from csv file of from mailchimp. Actually there is no way to import subscribers somehow. Thirdly, a minor problem: there is no possibility to change the unsubscribe and browser preview texts. The suggested translation if this text to my native language was not fluent and sounded like the google translator translated it. And finally, there is no possibility to delete my account :(
Please, fix all of this, and i will come to you later. But for the current app - never.

Event though it isn't the biggest service providers, but super reliable and trustworthy. I really enjoy working with Sender.net service on software and support.
Since I am having few eshop and tried few services already including mailchimp, getresponse, sendblue and others, Sender.net delivers really good and software is super easy. Maybe not the biggest template library, but you can easily create one yourself.
I have tried all the biggest email marketing services like MailChimp, Getresponse, etc. I can say you this folks - despite the fact that they're pretty small - they know what they do and how to deliver. I love this service and UI, moreover it's way cheaper than others.
I've been using sender for few of my business lately, and not even thinking to look for another. Everything is great from deliverability to user-experience. Maybe I would go with other software design, but that's on each tastes.
