What is Sellers Delight?

Sellers Delight is a web-based operations workspace for eBay sellers on eBay.co.uk and eBay.com. It takes a seller from raw stock to a live, correctly priced listing, then follows the item through to the sale.

Stock enters the Catalogue in whatever form it arrives: a supplier URL, a scanned barcode, a photo, an uploaded image, a pasted eBay purchase-history list, a spreadsheet import, or a direct import of listings already live on eBay. AI Assist then fills the gaps — eBay category, item specifics and a structured description — without overwriting anything already set.

Before anything goes live, the pricing model works out eBay's actual fees along with postage, packaging and promotion costs, and shows net profit and margin on every row, so a listing that would quietly lose money is visible in advance. A readiness check names the specific field blocking each listing rather than failing at eBay.

Publishing, scheduling, revising and relisting run against eBay's APIs from the same screen. After the sale, Orders pulls in each transaction with sale price, buyer and seller postage, eBay fees, promotion cost and true profit, and handles shipping labels through Royal Mail Click & Drop and EasyPost.

Around that core sit product and supplier research, a supplier directory with purchase records, stock and replenishment views, a tax summary, Xero sync, and a Team Hub for multi-seat accounts.

There are three plans. Seller is free permanently, with no card and no expiry; on Seller, the AI and web research features run on the seller's own API key. Trader includes AI, research and publishing allowances, and Merchant adds Team Hub with five seats, webhooks and integrations, and the highest limits.
