Secure Eraser is a nice piece of software. As a data erasing utility it is free for personal use although at the end of each operation there is a pop-up window that reminds you that you can purchase a license and make the add go away. The free-ware version is appealing, well organized, intuitive and loaded with features. From shredding files to wiping a hard disk, there are customizations for each operation. I would highly recommend this app and would even consider purchasing a license. The license is affordable and permanent, something that isn’t too common now days...
